Kenneth was born December 25, 1956, in Cincinnati, to the late Thomas and Agnes (Abel) Foy. He graduated from Madeira High School (Cincinnati) and received a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from The Ohio State University. He furthered his education with a B.A. in Business Administration from Heidelberg University and a Masters in Managerial Science from Tiffin University. He married the former Jan Miller on June 25, 1983, and they have two children, Katie and Andy, and one grandson, Aidan, who is serving this year as the “Grand Shadow”. Ken retired in 2016 after 36 years working as an engineer in various industries. He has lived in Tiffin since 1980.

Ken began his Masonic journey when he was raised in Tiffin Lodge #77 (Tiffin) on March 7, 1989. He holds membership in the following Masonic bodies:

Ken was a Boy Scout and received his Eagle Rank class of 1974 and also earned the God and Country Award.

His other interests include history and family genealogy. He is a life member of the Sons of Union Veterans and a life member/member of several county and state historical and genealogical societies. He is also a member of Tiffin Elks Lodge #94 and Caledonia Lodge #299 I.O.O.F.
